Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers. You will process deliveries, collect COD payments, manage returns, and support store operations. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; Spanish is highly desired.

You will be involved in daily vehicle inspections, safety, and merchandising tasks as needed. The role requires reliable driving, good communication, and flexibility to assist with cashiering and customer

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18-point system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage and complete inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and conduct daily inspections.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Pickup customer returns and fill driver return slips.
• Report maintenance needs or accidents to store management immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicles are secured after operations.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Assist customers and perform cashiering/merchandising tasks as needed.
