O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect COD payments. You will inspect and maintain vehicles, secure equipment, and assist with customer service and merchandising as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company’s 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Process deliveries and capture customer signatures using handheld devices.
• Collect COD payments and secure cash, keys, fuel cards, and devices.
• Pick up customer returns and fill driver return slips.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean and maintained.
• Assist customers, ring up sales, and help with merchandising as needed.
• Report maintenance or damage to store management and follow up on issues.
