Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers, handling COD collections and returns with a focus on safety and accuracy. Bilingual candidates are encouraged.

You will use fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and log maintenance needs while keeping vehicles secure and properly fueled at day’s end. Opportunities include cashier duties and merchandising support as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Familiar with automotive parts (desired).
• Operate other light store equipment (desired).
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired (desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Process deliveries and collect signatures via hand-held devices and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies secure at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Report vehicle issues to store management promptly.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and secured at day end; clock in/out per policy.
• Assist customers at times and support merchandising as needed.
• Perform general stocking, sweeping and stock organization.
