O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and collect COD payments. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you may assist customers at times as a cashier or with merchandising.

Customer service and safe operation are emphasized throughout the role. The position emphasizes vehicle inspections, secure handling of monies and equipment, and coordination with store management to resolve issues and ensure timely

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and complete vehicle inspections.
• Maintain vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and monies securely.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle is secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy.
• Assist customers or act as cashier as needed and support merchandising.
• Other duties as assigned.
