Job summary

Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc is seeking a bilingual Parts Data Entry Clerk in Buckeye, AZ. The role requires accurate data entry of parts and tires from invoices and shop work orders, plus correct coding of shop expenses and external vendor work orders.

Responsibilities include daily entry of WOs into the TMW Repair Order system, organizing files, stocking parts, and performing quarterly inventories. Scheduling is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with an hourly pay of $20.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience with data entry, order pulling and inventory control.
• Bilingual ability required (English/Spanish).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing shop invoices and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter parts and tires into the system from vendor invoices and shop orders.
• Assign expenses to correct accounting codes and outside vendor work orders.
• Enter internal work orders into TMW Repair Order daily and verify completeness.
• File WOs and repairs, order parts, and stock parts in stock receipts daily.
• Conduct quarterly parts inventory and manage core returns and paperwork.
