• Active state driver’s license and vehicle insurance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit company worksites regularly to connect with employees.
• Provide confidential pastoral conversations for employees and families.
• Offer grief support, funeral planning, and follow-up care as appropriate.
• Coordinate resources and referrals for employees facing personal challenges.
• Support onboarding and employee care initiatives during orientation.
• Assist with notifications of death or serious injuries to families.
• Engage in light spiritual enrichment activities as appropriate.
• Represent the chaplain program in collaboration with company leadership.
