Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service
• Perform banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling in branch
• Identify referral opportunities for Citi products based on client goals
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities
• Adhere to bank policies and security procedures to protect client and bank assets
• Escalate client issues as needed while maintaining outstanding service
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and product offerings
• Deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with Citi standards
