Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and communication skills with ability to cross-sell.
• Up to one year of sales experience in retail or customer service.
• Intermediate mathematical skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions with accuracy and efficiency (deposits, withdrawals, transfers).
• Balance cash and maintain records as required.
• Provide prompt responses to member inquiries and stay updated on credit union updates.
• Cross-sell products and services tailored to members' financial needs.
