Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading customer vehicle.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Pick and stage will call orders and shipments.
• Help with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Learn and navigate multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Ensure branch appearance meets Grainger standards and comply with safety guidelines.
