Addison Group in downtown Chicago is partnering with a growing personal injury law firm to hire a Bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal. This role supports attorneys from client intake through pre-litigation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will be bilingual English/Spanish, have 1–2 years of paralegal experience in personal injury, and be proficient with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1–2 years paralegal experience in personal injury litigation or pre-litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with client focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate client onboarding and intake.
• Prepare case summaries from medical and billing records.
• Track insurance claims for auto accidents and premises liability.
• Maintain organized case files and deadlines.
• Assist with settlement demand packages and legal documents.
• Support attorneys with scheduling and document preparation.
