Job summary

Cosmo Cabinets seeks an experienced Panel Processing Supervisor to lead daily operations in the panel processing department of our cabinet facility. You will supervise machine operators, plan production, ensure quality, and enforce safety protocols in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong blueprint-reading skills, and proficiency with ERP software. Join a team-focused shop with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); able to train, coach, and document in both languages.
• 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, wood products, cabinetry, millwork, or panel processing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and work orders.
• Strong understanding of safety practices in woodworking/manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP software).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and direct panel processing team members across department operations.
• Oversee operation of panel saws, CNC routers, edgebanders, and boring machines.
• Plan and prioritize daily production schedules to meet delivery commitments and minimize downtime.
• Monitor product quality and address defects or rework promptly.
• Communicate job expectations, safety procedures, and training in English and Spanish.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations.
