Cosmo Cabinets, a Georgia-based cabinet manufacturer in Eatonton, seeks an experienced Assembly Supervisor fluent in English and Spanish to lead the assembly team, ensure quality, and meet production goals. You will manage cabinet assembly, hardware installation, and final checks, while coaching staff and enforcing safety standards.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in manufacturing supervision, cabinet/furniture experience, and strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on leadership style

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, cabinet/furniture preferred.
• Able to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, work orders, cut lists.
• Basic computer skills and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct assembly team members across department operations.
• Oversee cabinet assembly, hardware installation, and final quality checks.
• Plan daily production schedules to meet delivery commitments and minimize downtime.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members; enforce safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
