Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting relevant products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Help achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and product organization.
• Stock shelves and display products; tinting and mixing as needed.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading trucks.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options; follow inventory procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
