Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate in Milton, GA to deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers in person or by phone, and recommend the right paint and related products. You will process sales and help maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and assisting with deliveries while ensuring accurate records. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and flexible

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to determine customer needs.
• Ability to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.
• Experience in retail or paint products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and meet sales goals.
• Process sales transactions following policies and procedures.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
