Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a part-time Store Associate at Store #3088, located at 1701 N. Harlem Avenue, Chicago, IL 60707.

You will assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs, present products, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include inventory, displays, tinting and mixing as needed, stock management, and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
