Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote products and services outside the restaurant market in the Kingsburg–Visalia–Tulare area of CA. You will build relationships with new and existing accounts, develop business, and meet sales targets while occasionally working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or outside sales within foodservice or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant buying needs and customer relationship building.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to grow sales.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to tailor solutions.
• Provide product information and train customer personnel as needed.
• Manage routing, deliveries, and account receivables with the credit team.
• Attend meetings and participate in promotions and customer events.
• Maintain sales records, prepare budgets, and file reports.
