Job summary

Chrysalis Health in Miami, FL seeks a Bilingual English and Spanish Speaking Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to join our in-home and school-based behavioral healthcare team. This full-time role offers $38,000–$40,000 yearly, plus benefits.

You will develop programs, engage with community leaders, and coordinate events evenings/weekends as needed, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Eligible for up to $5,000 annual bonus and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Ability to communicate professionally in Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with community resources, schools, and childcare centers.
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
• Computer proficiency, including internet, online applications, and email.

Responsibilities

• Develop Chrysalis Health programs and services marketing.
• Networking with community leaders and presenting to diverse groups.
• Participating in field-based activities and community events (occasional evenings/weekends in Miami-Dade).
• Performing administrative tasks and proactive community engagement.
• Working independently with strong time management skills.
