Cancer Support Community Valley/Ventura/Santa Barbara is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to expand awareness among cancer patients, families, and healthcare providers in the San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County.

The role involves building relationships with hospitals, conducting outreach, coordinating volunteers, and managing materials while supporting workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement includes bilingual Spanish fluency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible schedule to support workshops, orientations, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Actively builds and maintains relationships with oncology and related healthcare professionals across service areas.
• Delivers outreach materials and coordinates program marketing at events.
• Coordinates volunteers for outreach events and maintains monthly mileage reports.
• Performs accurate data entry into CRM and manages marketing materials inventory.
