Job summary

Northbridge University is seeking an Outreach Admissions Representative to support the Tampa campus. You will manage prospective student leads, conduct interviews, and provide program guidance in line with Admissions policies.

This role requires bilingual Spanish and English, willingness to travel up to 60% regionally, and residency in Florida with a home office. Evening and weekend hours may be required.

• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Up to 60% regional travel; must reside in Florida with a dedicated home workspace and reliable internet.
• Proprietary school representative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach calls and digital communications to manage assigned prospective student leads.
• Represent Northbridge University at regional college/career fairs and graduation ceremonies.
• Interview prospective students to evaluate interest and qualifications, consult with the Registrar as needed.
• Provide program information and recommend qualified applicants for admission.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interviews, enrollments, and required documentation (diplomas, GED transcripts).
