Health Connect America is seeking a Therapist I to provide high-quality mental health services to clients across our multi-state footprint. The role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions in coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and have at least one year of experience working with children and/or families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families, including internships or volunteer work.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’ needs and appropriate interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Ensure regular contact and follow-up with individuals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Accurately document all client interactions and treatment plans within established timeframes.
