Job summary

Health Connect America in Florida seeks a Therapist II to provide high-quality mental health services to children, families, and adults within home, community, and office settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Must hold a Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and Florida licensure (RMHCI/LPC/LMFT/LCSW); at least one year of experience with children/families; full-time position with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Must hold Florida licensure: RMHCI, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families (internships/volunteer included).

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs and interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans with individuals, families, and the team.
• Deliver therapy in individual, group, and family sessions; monitor progress.
