Job summary

Progressive Training & Consulting LLC in Pasadena/Houston, TX is seeking an OSHA 30 Safety Trainer & Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team and lead on-site training programs. You will conduct OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 trainings while promoting safety programs and coordinating schedules with client sites.

Travel locally to training sites and build strong relationships with contractors and community organizations.

Qualifications

• OSHA 500 Trainer certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for onsite training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training classes.
• Promote safety training programs and build relationships with contractors and community organizations.
• Assist with business development and client outreach.
• Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
• Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry meetings.
• Support additional safety training programs as needed.
