Job summary

America's Best is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate – Optical who is fluent in English and Spanish to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store operations. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense lenses where permitted, and maintain accurate records.

Weekend availability is required and you will contribute to a clean, well-merchandised store that aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses where permitted by state law; provide lens training as allowed.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer records and patient files.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming calls.
