Job summary

America's Best Optical in Vista, California is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role. You will deliver excellent customer service, help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and lenses where permitted, and maintain accurate records while supporting store sales goals.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. A high school diploma and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are expected. Competitive hourly pay and Sundays off are offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Fluent reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where allowed by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care and maintain records.
• Communicate order status and handle phone inquiries.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
