National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical for a part-time role in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service while supporting store sales goals and educational eyewear guidance. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and lenses as allowed by law, maintain accurate records, and participate in inventory and store merchandising to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
