Job summary

National Vision, Inc. (America's Best) is looking for a Sales Associate – Optical for a part‑time role. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, assist with eyewear selections, and support store sales goals in a fast‑paced optical retail setting.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will dispense glasses and lenses, educate customers on care, keep records, and help with inventory and merchandising. Sundays off; benefits include retail perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading & speaking English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
