Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear, dispense glasses and lenses, and train on lens care where allowed by state law.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or customer service, are bilingual in English/Spanish, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required, with opportunities for growth and competitive

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
