Job summary

GreenWaste Recovery LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead one or more facilities under the guidance of the Operations Manager. The role is based at our Hayward office with some travel potential, and involves overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in supervision within production/manufacturing, strong communication, project management skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervision in production/manufacturing or a related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred for the role.
• Ability to learn company software and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of five to ten employees and organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks.
• Troubleshoot and maintain anaerobic digestion and support systems in an operable manner.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly site inspections.
