Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and written Spanish proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Translate material or conversation into the appropriate language.
• Ensure onboarding is positive for new hires.
• Support production in developing operational competency for new hires and roles.
• Track competency trainings of new hires.
• Draft SOPs or job content to improve work quality.
• Assist in onboarding and check-ins for new hires, including Spanish-speaking employees.
