Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance, i.e., safety, quality, and service.
• Audit and maintain inventory, supply and equipment.
• Review customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request and address with manager.
