This position is located in Lewes, DE. Relocation assistance provided dependent upon candidates' current location.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of healthcare facilities accounts. The Operations Manager must ensure adherence to the company mission statement and values.

Essential Functions:
  • Maintain a high standard of excellence.
  • Flexible schedule, including some days and evenings.
  • Responsible for hiring and training personnel.
  • Oversee operations of accounts, including quality control, labor management, and contractual obligations.
  • Manage timesheet input, supply inventory, and payroll data.
  • Handle HR duties such as application distribution, hiring compliance, and injury reporting.
  • Manage budgets for each building, including labor reports and payroll data.
  • Order supplies and tools for each job site.
  • Assist management in generating additional services.
  • Conduct building inspections after hours.
  • Ensure completion of floor care and assist technicians as needed.
Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Facilities management experience in janitorial or healthcare settings is a plus.
  • Passion for cleanliness.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours.
  • Results-driven attitude.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
