This position is located in Lewes, DE. Relocation assistance provided depending on candidates' current location.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring quality and timeliness standards in cleaning healthcare facilities. The manager must adhere to the company's mission statement and values.

Essential Functions:
  • Maintain high standards of excellence.
  • Flexible schedule, including some days and evenings.
  • Hire and train personnel.
  • Oversee account operations, including quality control, labor management, and contractual compliance.
  • Manage timesheet input, supplies, inventory, and payroll data.
  • Handle HR duties such as application distribution, hiring compliance, and injury reporting.
  • Manage budgets, labor reports, and payroll-related data.
  • Order supplies and tools for each jobsite.
  • Assist management with additional services outside scope.
  • Conduct building inspections after hours.
  • Ensure completion of floor care and assist technicians as needed.
Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Facilities management experience in janitorial/healthcare is a plus.
  • Passion for cleanliness.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Ability to work irregular hours.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
