Job summary

Big Dan’s Car Wash in Florida is seeking an Operating Partner who will lead from the front, train and develop a high-performing team, and oversee daily operations to meet Big Dan’s standards.

This hands-on role emphasizes sales performance, customer experience, and cost-effective operations. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, customer-centric, and prepared to live within 30 minutes of the wash, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, hospitality, or related field.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Applicants without a degree will be considered based on previous experience.
• Applicants MUST be clean cut and neat in appearance.
• Be enthusiastic and friendly.
• Must enjoy working with people.
• Tream customers and employees with respect.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work to increase customer satisfaction.
• Increase bottom line revenue through the proper oversite and management of resources.
• Oversee all employees and create a self-sufficient site.
• Follow all preventative maintenance procedures and maintain proper inventory of chemicals and other supplies.
• Meet or exceed Big Dan’s standards and work to create a pipeline of future Operating Partners.

Compensation

• Base: $75,000.
• Bonus based on site performance.
• Big Dan’s cover s100% of the tier 1 employee only health plan and/or allocate that amount toward an employee/spouse, employee/child(ren), and/or family plan.
