Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Bilingual Onsite Staffing Specialist (3rd Shift, English and Spanish) to support client workforce needs and recruit top talent at an assigned location.

You will recruit, interview, onboard, and support employees while delivering exceptional service to both clients and temporary staff, with a Thursday–Sunday 7:00pm–5:30am EST schedule. This full-time role emphasizes relationship building and sales-driven service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, recruiting, or staffing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance, performance, and employee retention.
• Address employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular follow-up with employees and client contacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with workforce planning and staffing forecasts.
• Perform administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and employee record maintenance.
• Support client retention through exceptional service and communication.
• Assist with business development opportunities and account growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.

Position Summary
