Job summary

Swipejobs is seeking a motivated bilingual Staffing Manager to join our team in Frederick, Colorado. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and supporting candidates while building strong relationships with employees and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 6 AM– 6 PM (4x10s). Salary: $60,000 per year plus PTO and benefits. Employment type: Full-Time. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet staffing needs and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates for a variety of positions.
• Build strong relationships with employees and provide ongoing support.
• Communicate with candidates and employees regarding job opportunities, schedules, and assignments.
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Help manage attendance, employee concerns, and day-to-day workforce needs.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate information in company systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Support additional branch and workforce operations as needed.
