Clara is seeking a Bilingual On-Site Manager for our Mooresville site. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, interacts with client personnel, and manages on-site staffing and onboarding to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in staffing onsite management and must be eligible to work in the United States, with bilingual Spanish proficiency. This is a full-time on-site position with potential overtime as needed.

Bilingual On-Site Manager - Mooresville

At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual On-Site Manager to work with a leading staffing and logistics partner in Mooresville. This role involves overseeing daily operations at a key client site, focusing on maximizing productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for direct interaction with client personnel and applicants, as well as hands-on management of warehouse floor activities and administrative support functions.

Shift Patterns

• Monday through Thursday 4:30pm to 3:30am, with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work as business needs dictate.

Pay Rates

• 27.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Bilingual On-Site Manager

• Possess a minimum of three years of experience specifically as a Staffing Agency Onsite Manager.
• Demonstrate proven management experience within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Maintain eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
