Job summary

United Contractor Services is seeking a Bilingual Junior On-site Safety Associate to join our team. The role focuses on training employees in safety programs and ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations to prevent injuries.

The ideal candidate has OSHA 30, 1+ years safety experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Regular out-of-state travel is required to support job-sites nationwide, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

• 1+ years Construction Safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish.
• This position requires regular out-of-state travel.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate quality and productive leadership skills.
• Implementation of safety programs daily.
• Lead employee & subcontractor onsite training and organize workshops.
• This position may require being on your feet approximately 80% of the time.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
