Thompson Law, a nationally growing personal injury firm based in Dallas' Oak Lawn area, seeks a bilingual Legal Assistant to join the team. You will champion clients’ experiences during the final stages of their cases, blending administrative tasks with exceptional client service to meet and exceed expectations.

Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and medical providers, you will coordinate settlements, timelines, and payments while maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• 2+ years of recent employment.
• Preferred: 1+ years in Customer Service, Client Services, or Hospitality.
• Understanding of Excel.
• Outgoing personality with teamwork and client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and paralegals to craft settlements that are fair and beneficial.
• Act as the primary contact for insurance adjusters to expedite payment processes.
• Work with medical providers and lien holders to settle bills, ensuring clients’ financial ease.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing updates and fostering a positive experience through case closure.
• Help amplify the firm’s presence by obtaining social media reviews and recommendations from clients.
• Complete various administrative tasks to close client files efficiently and effectively.

One of our portfolio companies, Thompson Law, which is a nationally growing personal injury firm based in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, seeks a Bilingual Legal Assistant to join the team!

The Position:

As the Legal Assistant, you become the champion of our clients' experience during the crucial final stages of their personal injury cases. Your role is to be the beacon of hope and the guide they rely on, leaving a lasting impression that meets and exceeds their expectations. This position is a perfect blend of operational responsibilities and customer service, requiring both administrative skills and a personable approach.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with attorneys and paralegals to craft settlements that are fair and beneficial.

Total Compensation Package:

• Hourly + Bonuses
• Monday to Friday work schedule with no weekends
