Job summary

Comrise seeks an experienced Site Project Manager in New York to lead on-site construction activities with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires fluency in Chinese and English and hands-on management of project tasks using digital PM tools.

Ideal candidates will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensure timely progress, and maintain thorough documentation while upholding NYC DOB standards and quality practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction site supervision or project management.
• Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with digital project management platforms for construction.
• Strong knowledge of NYC DOB codes and site inspections.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.
• Certifications such as OSHA or site safety are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure schedule adherence and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB codes and inspection readiness.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage project documentation and reporting through online tools.
• Serve as main client/partner contact, fluent in Chinese and English.
• Promote and enforce strict site safety policies.
