Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or nutraceuticals.
• GMP, FDA and industry regulations knowledge for nutraceutical production.
• Experience with production planning, inventory control, and workflow optimization.
• Leadership and team management skills to train and develop staff.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and workflow efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production staff for proper execution of duties.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain detailed production reports and track KPIs.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and R&D teams for product consistency.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions to maintain flow.
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment with high performance.
