Qualifications

1 year of supervisory experience in GMP production.
Pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing preferred.
English literacy essential; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Proficiency with ERP systems beneficial; basic math and computer use.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily manufacturing operations (blending, encapsulation, tablet pressing).
Ensure GMP, FDA regulations and SOP adherence.
Lead and motivate production teams to meet output, safety and quality goals.
Perform in-process quality checks and coordinate with QA for inspections and documentation.
Monitor production metrics and optimize workflow to reduce downtime.
Maintain batch records, production logs, and reports accurately.
Identify, report, and help resolve equipment malfunctions and safety issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for safety, efficiency, and product quality.
Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, compliant production environment.
Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees.
