AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a Registered Nurse to collaborate with patients and healthcare teams across the continuum of care. You will coordinate appointments, handle record requests and insurance concerns, and educate patients while maintaining strong physician relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing with 1+ year outpatient nursing experience; a Master’s in Nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing [Required]
Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
1+ years of nursing in outpatient setting [Required]
2+ years of hospital care coordination experience [Preferred]

Responsabilités

Coordinate patient care across the healthcare continuum, including appointment coordination and records requests.
Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership to support consumers and network facilities.
Assist leadership with program development and data reporting, and provide information to stakeholders.
Support program awareness and participate in community events, including travel and public speaking.
