Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a Free Standing or Emergency Room.

• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC may be required for certain areas; NRP for NICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies with high-level nursing vigilance.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and medical devices; respond to life-saving situations.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans; evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary team; document care per standards.
• Demonstrate compassionate care and advocate for patients and families.
• Mentor and/or participate in unit education and leadership activities.
• Maintain compliance with Orlando Health policies and procedures.
