Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical care as part of a care team dedicated to underserved communities. You will work to deliver comprehensive services in accordance with training, experience, certification, and licensure, collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include immunization and disease prevention programs, referrals to specialists when needed, and maintaining complete clinical records.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree, ARNP, licensed in Washington.
• Licensed ARNP in WA and DEA certification.
• Vaccination requirements current for employment.
• minimum of 2 years of experience; community health preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a care team to provide quality comprehensive services.
• Provide primary medical care to Sea Mar patients per guidelines.
• Refer patients to medical specialists when necessary.
• Prescribe and dispense medications within prescriptive authority.
• Participate in immunization, disease detection and prevention programs.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer to improve care.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical records.
