Qualifications

• Experience in Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine.
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including health histories and treatment planning.
• Order and interpret laboratory studies; prescribe medications.
• Educate patients on medical conditions and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians on complex cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Athena EHR.
• Stay current with medical advancements through ongoing education.
