Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Bilingual Name Change Resale Processor to support timeshare ownership transfers, resale transactions, name changes, and account maintenance. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent English/Spanish communication in a high-volume, phone-based environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, title processing, and real estate-related tasks, with the ability to liaise with owners, brokers, and attorneys across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or timeshare operations is required.
• Ability to review legal documents and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process timeshare ownership transfers, resale transactions, ownership changes, and contract updates.
• Review transfer requests involving trusts, probate, estates, divorces, and name changes.
• Evaluate deeds, trust documents, court orders, and probate paperwork.
• Verify ownership information and ensure compliance with policies and law.
• Maintain accurate ownership records and update systems accordingly.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, brokers, attorneys, and title companies.
• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls regarding transfer requirements and fees.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and letters with professionalism.
• Educate stakeholders on procedures and expected timelines.
• Research account histories to resolve transfer issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to update records and contracts.
• Escalate complex issues to management when needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of customer records and data integrity.
• Monitor timelines and participate in process improvement projects.
