Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Bilingual MST Therapist to deliver intensive, home-based therapy for youth and families within the juvenile justice system.

This role requires driving up to 90 minutes from the Secaucus, NJ office and traveling to clients' homes in the Secaucus area. You will conduct assessments, develop MST-informed plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in achieving positive outcomes and reducing risk factors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to serve diverse families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home-based visits.
• Ability to live within 90-minute travel from Secaucus service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families.
• Develop individualized MST treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions to at-risk youth and families.
• Implement crisis management strategies as needed.
• Participate in supervision and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with schools, courts, and other service providers.
