Job summary

Cellatel Wireless Inc. is seeking a Mobile Sales Associate to assist customers in selecting devices and explaining plans in a busy retail setting. You will demonstrate product knowledge, promote current offers, and help customers feel welcome.

The role requires reliability, a readiness to learn, and a drive to earn commissions through performance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, with in-store training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable, eager to learn and motivated to earn commissions.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers to help select fitting devices and address concerns.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of products, services, and current promotions.
• Maintain a positive attitude, handle pressure, and manage upset customers.
• Build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Keep the store clean and audit-ready with routine cleaning and organization.
• Check emails, respond promptly, and complete trainings.
• Process transactions, activations, and cash handling.
