Job summary

Mobilelink, Tarboro, NC, is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate (English/Spanish) for a part-time role. You will deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers to suitable Cricket Wireless solutions, and support store operations. Base + commission with growth opportunities and benefits await the right candidate.

The position requires reliable transportation, 32+ hours weekly including evenings/weekends/holidays, and proximity within 30 minutes of the home store to cover multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for this bilingual role.
• Clear communication skills with positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions for customers, individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and store duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; potential for bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
• Engage customers, distribute marketing materials, and support events as needed.
