Job summary

2020 Mobile Corp is seeking a Mobile Sales Associate in an onsite retail environment in the United States. Training is provided from day one, even if you have no wireless experience, and you will be the face of the Boost Mobile Platinum retailer in-store.

You’ll help customers choose plans, phones and accessories, meet sales goals, and participate in local marketing events. English/Spanish bilinguals are preferred, and you must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach.
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense.
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones.
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!).
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in local marketing and special events.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business.
• Use sales systems and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers.
